Helping you find strength, healing and a way forward
I am currently accepting new clients both in person in Oswego, IL an online. Can't wait to connect with you soon!
I felt called to the field of mental health when I was a teenager navigating my own struggles. Even then, I knew that once I found healing, strength, and my way forward, I wanted to help others do the same. After working in human services, getting married, and raising my family, I finally pursued the dream I had held for more than 20 years.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois. I’ve worked in both outpatient hospital settings and private practice, and I have extensive experience supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, toxic relationships, and the lasting effects of childhood and relational trauma.
I use practical, proven approaches to help you understand your thoughts, manage overwhelming emotions, and make real changes in your life. We’ll focus on tools you can actually use in real life—not just talk. Throughout it all, you’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and zero judgment.
